Internet Buyer Direct are a relatively small company of just 6 staff, specialising in supplying the most competitively priced, highest-quality replacement batteries available anywhere in the world. You'll just have to take out word for it that 9/10 batteries you'll see for sale on the internet from other suppliers/ebay will be the lowest cost rubbish available from China. The batteries are usually badly made and obviously always use the cheaper cells. They always have a short lifespan (often only 6 months or less) and have a high failure rate. They also regularly short circuit, overheat and catch fire! Our batteries are without doubt the best available in the world- we wont buy batteries with cheap China cells - all our batteries use premium cells only such as Panasonic. The production, testing and quality control are the best available - you'll be getting a battery as least as good as your original and probably batter!
Unlike dealing with some bigger companies, you'll find we always try that little bit harder to keep you happy and your custom - resulting perhaps in good word of mouth, a referral or a testimonial that we can add to the website. No lost or disappearing enquiries, no being put on hold for extended periods, no expensive phone lines and no being fobbed off or passed around. If there's chasing to be done - we'll do it, we'll not leave it to you! And don't think that by being in Spain you'll get any less - we know we have to work harder for your custom!
