Unlike many larger companies, you wont find it hard to get hold of us or to make an enquiry. We will always provide the name of the advisor that you are dealing with and the same advisor will try to remain your first point of contact, should you need help or assistance - both before and after the sale. We are a small company - which these days, we would consider to be in your best interests!
IMPORTANT - After-Sales Phone Contact
Please note that we currently do not handle inbound after-sales enquiries via the phone. This may sound like we're only interested in the sale and not in the support, but hear us out before making judgement. After-sale Enquiries are MUCH more efficiently handled via our ticket enquiry system - you will always receive a reply and details are never lost. The full correspondence history is also easily viewable - so you'll never have to repeat yourself. Dont knock it until you've tried it!
We try to and often respond to most enquiries within a few hours, 90% are responded to within 24 hours and 0% go missing!
