Payment by card
Card details are safely entered via secure server. Please note that there is ZERO surcharge for debit card payments, and a 2.9% surcharge for credit cards. This will be applied to the total shown on your confirmation. Click "View Cart" (above left) to check/amend your cart contents or proceed to the checkout.
Purchase Orders and Direct Transfers
Most schools and councils and business "bulk buyers" still buy from us using purchase orders, so we are quite used to this method of payment. Please send your standard, completed purchase order - with a contact reference in case we need to contact you and an adequate description of the goods required to the address below. If possible, please include cheque payment with your purchase order, made payable to "COMMUNICATION 4". Your PO will be considered legally binding and ordered goods MUST be paid for. You can also pay by >>direct transfer of funds/internet banking, please >>click here for instruction. Please note 95% of batteries are kept in stock and ship within a few days. You should however allow 2-6 weeks should we need to make a special order for a less common battery. These batteries are indicated on the website.
PayPal
Although there is not automated option built into our shopping cart to Pay via PayPal, you can still make payment via this method if you need to. If the order total is over £500 and you are not a verified paypal member you might want to split the payment into two parts to avoid PayPals lengthy verification procedure on your account (takes 7 days +) which is compulsory on single payments above £500. You still need to speak to advisor to make payment via this method - please visit the >>contact us and state that you wish to order using PayPal and an advisor will contact you, alternatively you can request a >>Call Back from us (please only use a landline number, not mobile)
Please note that a 2.9% surcharge (PayPal's Fee) will be added to your order total - this applies to debit and credit card payments.
