This is due to the confusing names that Packard Bell give to their laptops - and that fact that each model may have multiple different batteries - of which ONLY 1 will actually be compatable with your machine! Approximately 50% of our customers buying these batteries initially order the wrong battery for their laptop, therefore could you please check the following
1) The battery part number - as listed on the battery iteself - this should be the same as the one listed below.
2) The Volts and mAh. If the volts and mAh rating are different, there may not be a probelm - but it would be sensible to contact us
