Battery Orders

Batteries are shipped FREE from the UK to Sweden via Royal Mail international recorded delivery. Stock batteries usually around a week to reach you from UK. Occasionally a longer lead time will be required (usually for less popular batteries) in which circumstance we will advise you.

Receiving your order

Batteries are normally delivered with the morning mail. If you miss your battery delivery, a card may be left for you to use to collect goods/request re-delivery. It is a good idea not to leave batteries with the post office any longer than necessary.

Order status and enquiries

You can easily check the status of your order by clicking the 'Order Status' link on the website. You will need your order number and email address. This status will only update when your order is actually allocated a shipping date - if no status is displayed, it simply means that the shipping date has not yet been set and is no cause for concern.

If a delay or other complication is anticipated, you will be advised. We will also notify you directly via email before your order is shipped. Please use the aftersales contact form, rather than phoning us, if you would like an order update.

Online Delivery Tracking
